Yes. We call it our “it didn’t help” guarantee. Work through the Core Plan (the seven worksheets from the Health Check to the 90-Day Plan). If the planner isn’t useful for your business, email us within 7 days of your purchase, telling us what you tried and why it didn’t help, and we’ll refund you in full.

Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy, with your invoice number and the word “Refund” in the subject line. Tell us what you tried and why it didn’t help. There’s no form to complete, and we’ll confirm your request within two working days.

On the day you buy, as shown on your invoice. A request that reaches us by the end of the seventh day is covered.

We’ll refund the full price, including VAT, to your original payment method within 5 working days of confirming your request. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.

If we refund you, your licence to use the planner and the planner tools ends, and you must delete all copies of the workbook. We’ll also remove you from the planner email series, unless you ask us to keep you on it.

Tell us at [email protected], with your invoice number and, if you can, a screenshot. We’ll fix or replace it, or refund you.

Written Review: we’ll refund the review part in full if we haven’t started work on it.

Review Call: we’ll refund the call part if you cancel more than 48 hours before the call.

Once a review has been delivered or a call has taken place, we can’t refund that part. You can still ask for a refund of the planner itself within 7 days. The review or call part is what you paid less the planner price at the time.

That isn’t a reason to refund. Email us with your invoice number and we’ll send the file again. See the replacement file policy above.

Please still email us and tell us what happened. The guarantee runs for 7 days, but we’ll read every message and consider it fairly. We can’t promise a refund after that period.

It applies to purchases made through planner.dxdmedia.co.uk, for each edition separately (for example 2027 and 2028).

It’s one refund per business per edition. We may decline a request where the guarantee appears to be used to obtain the workbook without paying for it.

It’s in addition to your legal rights, which it doesn’t affect.

If the link does not open your email, send your message to [email protected] and tell us which worksheet you were using. A screenshot is helpful if something is not working as expected.
