The DXDMedia Marketing Growth Planner™ helps B2B business owners decide what matters, focus marketing on the right customers and turn the next 12 months into manageable action

Planner Only £40 +VAT (£48 incl. VAT) until 30 November 2026
£60 +VAT (£72 incl. VAT) thereafter. Review packages also available
Marketing budgets are easily spent. Making sure that money delivers something worthwhile is another matter. Without a clear plan, it's difficult to know where to concentrate your efforts, what deserves your budget and which activities are helping your business grow. It's equally challenging to know when to stop spending money on something that isn't working.
The Marketing Growth Planner helps you make those decisions. It connects your business goals to your customers, budgets and marketing activity, giving you a practical plan to work from and a way to measure progress throughout the year.
For B2B owners and directors who have a good business and a clear idea, but aren’t sure what to do next.
You’re already doing some marketing: a website, LinkedIn, the odd event. It feels disconnected, and you can’t say which of it brings in enquiries. The planner gives you a structure to decide what to do next, in what order, and what to stop, with your numbers kept in your own files.
You have marketing activity underway but it feels disconnected
You need better enquiries, rather than more visibility for its own sake
You want marketing decisions tied to commercial goals and customer needs
You need a practical way to review what worked and change what didn't.
This is unlikely to suit you if you only want a social media calendar or already have a mature planning and reporting system used consistently across your business.
This isn't another marketing template you'll fill in once and forget
It tells you what to think about, gives you somewhere to make the decision and then brings you back to review whether it worked.
HOW LONG IT TAKES AND WHAT YOU END UP WITH
Allow around three hours for your first pass of the Core Plan, across a couple of sittings. You finish with a clear dashboard of your goals, numbers, actions and results, plus a 90-day plan you can act on
The Full Plan adds campaign and content planning plus a simple monthly and quarterly review, to keep it on track all year
Turn your marketing growth goals into a plan you will use

Start with a quick check in the workbook, or use the online Health Check for a more detailed assessment and suggested actions.

Enter your revenue target and average sale. The planner works out how many leads you need and what you can afford to spend on each

Choose which customer group to focus on, then write the one-sentence reason they should choose you

Turn the direction into realistic actions with owners, dates and measures

Give every campaign an audience, an offer and a budget, and every piece of content a purpose and a next step

Record evidence and decide what to continue, change, stop or start

Review a campaign that hasn’t delivered. Work through the evidence, choose a first fix and copy the review into your workbook

Optional. Write down what you hope will change and get a reminder to read it again

FROM DEBORAH
I’ve spent 30+ years helping B2B businesses - in energy, engineering, technology and professional services - work out what their marketing should be doing.
The same problem kept coming up. Businesses were busy with marketing: a new web page, a few LinkedIn posts, an exhibition that seemed like a good idea at the time. But when I asked which business goal it was supporting, or how they’d know if it worked, there often wasn’t an answer.
Not because people weren’t capable, but because nobody had stepped back and joined the dots.
So I built the planner I wish every business owner had. It’s the same thinking I use with our own clients, set out step by step, so you can do it yourself: start with the business result, decide who you want to win, work out the numbers, and then choose the marketing that gets you there.
I hope it helps you have your best year yet.

Before launch, I asked business owners and marketers to test the planner and tell me honestly what they thought. Here’s what they said.
Our beta testers received free early access to the planner in return for honest feedback. Testimonials are shared with their permission.
FAQs
No. The planner works in Microsoft Excel and has also been tested in Google Sheets. Both offer free online versions, so there's no need to purchase Microsoft Office. For the best experience, we recommend Excel. If using Google Sheets, some formatting may differ, and you should take care not to overwrite the grey formula cells, as their protection may not transfer. In Google Sheets the 2027 start-date limit may also not apply.
In Excel, every sheet is protected so the formulas and links that connect your plan can’t be deleted by accident. You can type in all the lavender cells. The locking also means rows can’t be added, so each sheet has a set amount of space: 5 growth goals, 6 customer groups, 30 actions, 20 campaigns and 40 content lines, which is plenty for a focused plan. If you find you need more, that’s a sign that perhaps the plan is trying to do too much.
Growth planning can involve commercially sensitive information, including revenue targets, budgets and business priorities. Excel lets you save the planner locally or within your own company system, so you control where that information is kept.
It also makes the planner more useful. Your goals, actions, campaigns and reviews can connect, while dates and totals update automatically. DXDMedia does not automatically receive anything you enter into the workbook.
No. It includes campaign and content planning, but the starting point is the business goal, customer and commercial numbers.
No. You can complete the core workbook without AI. The two-minute quick check in the workbook needs nothing else, and the optional online Health Check doesn't use AI either. The Marketing Reset is the only AI tool, and it's optional. See "Will DXDMedia see my information?" for how it handles your conversation.
Not from the workbook, which stays with you. The online Health Check keeps your answers in your browser. The Marketing Reset is an AI tool. Your conversation is sent securely to a third-party AI service to generate replies, and it's saved in your own browser so you can come back to it until you click Start new review. DXDMedia doesn't keep a copy and can't see it. Please don't enter confidential or personal information. If you register for the future-self reminder, DXDMedia receives the contact and reminder details submitted through that form, never the letter itself.
You may use it with people working directly for the licensed business. You may not provide it to another business, resell it or publish it.
Your file will keep working, but it is dated for 2027: the planning start date accepts 2027 dates only, and the calendar, links and support content belong to this edition. A refreshed edition will be available for the following year.
You will receive an email containing the download link and instructions. Save an untouched master copy before you begin.
The planner itself doesn't include one-to-one advice, but there are two ways to have a second pair of eyes on your plan.
Planner + Written Review, £120 +VAT: complete the Core Plan and send it in. Within five working days you’ll get a written review of what’s strong, what’s missing and what to do next.
Planner + Review Call, £195 +VAT: a 45-minute call with me to talk through your completed Core Plan.
Already bought the planner? Add a review for £80 +VAT (Written Review) or £155 +VAT (Review Call).
The launch price of £40 +VAT is for people who buy before the end of November, so you can use October and November to plan and start January ready to go. From 1 December the planner is £60 +VAT.
Yes. If you buy between 1 July and 30 September 2027, the planner costs £30 +VAT (£36 including VAT), because part of the January-to-December planning year has already passed.
You receive the same workbook and included online tools. Use them to plan the remaining months and review your marketing as you go.
